Climbs

2011 Climb For Hope Cotopaxi Expedition, January 9-16, 2011
1. Each Cotopaxi climber is responsible for raising $6,000.
2. Each climber must pay for their own roundtrip airfare.
3. Once in Ecuador all of your ground costs are covered by Climb for Hope except for meals.
4. Climb for Hope will offset the ground costs (hotels, transportation and some equipment) and cost of guides by finding corporate sponsorships.
5. You must be in very good shape to summit Cotopaxi. We had both men and women between the ages of 22 and 58 reach the summit. During our 9 days in Ecuador, we summited three peaks in an effort to acclimatize before attempting to climb Cotopaxi. This IS a technical climb at high altitude and you will be trained in using crampons and an ice axe.  No prior experience is necessary.

2010 Kilimanjaro May 31- June 13, 2010
